Ann Baker Memorial Scholarship
Twenty five years ago, the staff of the 1983 Catamount and the Class of 1983 dedicated our senior yearbook to Mrs. Ann Baker. Our senior yearbook stated that Mrs. Baker was one of the most motivated, congenial and academic educators around. Many of our classmates remember her dedication to our class during our Junior as well as our Senior years at Fallston. Mrs. Baker could always be found cheering on her students at Cougar basketball, football, and soccer games.
On October 4, 2008, Mrs. Ann Baker passed away and the Reunion Committee and many of our classmates have indicated that it would only fitting that the Fallston High School Class of 1983 Alumni Scholarship be named for our beloved teacher, Mrs. Ann Baker.
The scholarship will be given to a Fallston High School Senior that showed true dedication to Fallston High and the Fallston community during their high school years. Our class will be able to give a scholarship for the next five years (Class of 2009 - 2013) with the funds donated today.
